Exploration for Essential High-Value Minerals
White Energy is accelerating effective definition of lithospheric-scale, large mineral systems, that are recognised globally as an important requirement for formation of Tier 1 high-value mineral deposits. The company employs an innovative “bottom up” approach to exploration. We merge upper mantle/lower crustal imaging and structural mapping with deep sensing ionic geochemistry, enhanced using AI with advanced machine learning algorithms. Legacy and company generated geology, geophysics, geochemistry, biogeochemistry data are combined with this data to develop prioritised targets.
White Energy’s five exploration projects are: Robin Rise (Cu, IOCG) and Lora Creek (Cu, IOCGU)) in the Gawler Craton, South Australia; Specimen Hill farm-in (Cu, Au) and Maranoa (Cu, Au, Co) in Queensland; and Tindal (Cu, Au, U, REE Pb/Zn) in the Beetaloo/Greater McArthur Basin, Northern Territory.
Specific deposit styles we are targeting include iron oxide–copper–gold, Cu-porphyry, Nb and REEs in carbonatite or alkaline intrusions and sediment-hosted exhalative mineralisation along with intrusive sills and breccia zones.

Energy Technology – Power Generation
White Energy is the exclusive worldwide licensee of a Binderless Coal Briquetting (BCB) technology, developed by a consortium led by the CSIRO. This innovative process upgrades high moisture, low value sub-bituminous and lignite coals and coal fines into more valuable, higher energy briquettes for power generation. Significantly, the technology can also agglomerate coal fines, previously discarded and stored as waste, using a low-cost process of dehydration and compaction.
A pilot plant is currently under development in Johannesburg, South Africa, for use in testing the suitability of South African fine coals to using the BCB process. With a view to securing contracts with South African coal mines to use the briquettes for much needed power generation.
EXPLORATION PORTFOLIO
White Energy’s current project portfolio is considered prospective for Tier 1 essential high-value mineral deposits hosted within porphyry, IOCG, REE carbonatite/alkaline intrusives, other intrusive related deposits, sediment hosted mineralisation and mineralization associated with sills and dykes. Exploration across our projects has shown similarities to areas with major mineral systems in Australia and globally.
